Care during the postpartum period is essential to a complete recovery as well as long-term health. I strongly believe in keeping you as comfortable as possible during this critical time period with your newborn, so I come to you and carry out all the postpartum visits in your home.

Postpartum home visits occur in the first 24-36 hours after delivery, within the first and second week, third and fourth week, and around six weeks postpartum.

The care of the new mother will address the physical and emotional aspects of the postpartum and newborn period. Nursing and nutrition will be discussed and baby will be weighed, measured, and screened for proper development.
